Processing Time
    •    All customized pet products are made to order.
    •    Production time: 7–12 business days.
    •    We will ship as soon as your custom design is completed.

Shipping Time & Cost
    •    Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
    •    Free shipping on orders 

Order Tracking
    •    Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number
    •    Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update

International Shipping
    •    Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer
    •    Shipping times may vary by region

Address Changes
    •    Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to update your shipping address
    •    We cannot change the address after your order has entered production
