How long does it take to make and ship?

Each ceramic piece is thoughtfully made, and production time may vary depending on the design. The estimated timeline will be gently noted in each product description.

For non-ceramic items, production usually takes 3–7 business days. Shipping within Canada and to the US takes 3-10 business days (may be longer during holidays)

What kind of photo should I provide?

Please upload a clear, front-facing photo in good lighting that clearly shows your pet’s fur colors and details. If you’re unsure whether your photo is suitable, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help you choose the best one.


Will I see the design before production?

Yes! We’ll send you preview photos for approval before final production. You’re welcome to request adjustments so everything feels just right.


Will my design be used by others?


No. All design files are kept strictly confidential to ensure that your piece remains truly unique and made just for you.
